marriage settlement: document in which the spouses or future spouses express their patrimonial and economic interests, thus specifying the matrimonial regime in which they want to be subsumed, subject to changes whenever the parties wish. Stable couple union: Extramarital union of two people who live together regularly and with the intention of permanence, but despite having a stable coexistence, it does not produce effects on the legal formalities. 

Regular agreement: document in which the wishes of the spouses who request a separation or divorce are reflected, and who mutually agree on the financial and personal effects of their separation. 

Guardianship. Guardian appointment: Through the will, the appointment of the guardian of the minors is designated, or the appointment of the guardian by other public documents. 

Protected heritage of the disabled: According to Law 41/2003, disabled people They can be owners of assets and rights, provided that there is an Administrator who watches over their heritage, which will be protected, since the use of it will only be available to satisfy the owner's needs. The public authorities will ensure the proper use of this heritage. 

Advance Directive document: Also known as Living willIs a document that consists of the wishes of a person about the fate of his body, arrival on the day of his death or the health treatment he wishes to receive if he suffers from a serious illness whose effects diminish the ability to reason. 

Marriages: The notary has full power to enter into marital unions by providing the necessary documentation, and prior processing of the marriage file in the Civil Registry. 

Divorces by mutual agreement: Power of the notary to dissolve the marriage, provided that the requirements established by law are met, in order to expedite the procedures for both parties. 

Formalization of couples in fact: deed issued by the notary confirms the stable union between two people who live together freely, publicly and notoriously, creating the attribution of rights and obligations between both parties to the relationship. 

Emancipations: Emancipation allows minors over 16 years of age to have capacity over their property and person but with some limitations. It allows the non-effect of parental authority over them and they incur responsibility for themselves.
