Declarations of new construction and under construction: Public document that legally confirms the manifestation of owners or co-owners of a farm, about a new finished building or under construction of new works or improvements.
Purchase options: Public deed in which a real estate asset is leased with the obligation of the owner to give the purchase option and the lessee to obtain the right of choice.
Swaps: contract in which the parties decide to deliver movable or immovable property, in exchange for money.

Donations: Transfers that one person makes of the property, free of charge, of property (money or real estate) to another. For the donation to take effect, a public deed must be created.
Registration: Taking the Mortgage Law and the Cadastre Law as reference, the registration is the first registration in the property registry, in which previously there was no support registered in it, or individually.
