Request documents: or notarial requirement, they are acts of notification and a person is made aware of information or compelled to adopt a certain attitude. 

Minutes of Presence: Accreditation document in order to reflect and thus record the facts and states of affairs that the notary is witnessing.

Family reunification certificates: Requirement of a family resident of Spain to enable the arrival to the State of foreigners.

Draw Minutes: It is a public instrument that can include the winners of a prize, or organizers of contests or raffles that seek an endorsement of credibility and legality of the rules and bases of the previous call. 

Deposit certificates: Notaries receive in deposit objects, documents, values ​​and amounts that will be entrusted to them by individuals or corporations, either for their safekeeping or as pledge of their contracts. The admission of the deposit is a voluntary attribution that is offered to the notary.

Notification acts: Make known or transmit to a person an information or decision of the one requesting the notarial intervention, in order to record its receipt. 

Notoriety certificates: granting of a valid title on the verification and fixation of notorious facts that can establish rights and legitimize personal or patrimonial situations. The purpose of the record is to obtain a presumption of veracity.

Website verification minutes: give notarial attestation of the content that exists on a web page at a certain time, in this way it will be possible to recognize the illegitimate use of the intellectual property and to be able to request a claim from the person who caused the damage. 

Minutes of manifestations: document where the manifestation of a person is collected, proving their statements, but without proving their veracity. Act that causes the person to assume the effects generated by those statements.

Minutes of submission of documents by mail: record before a notary a person who wants to send a document via email and ensure that it is received by the recipient. 

Records of protocolization: public or private document examined by the notary and introduced to the notarial protocol in order to prove its identity and existence to third parties.

Minutes of protocolization of the bases of a draw: grant a document that will be deposited by the notary in which the legality of the bases to carry out a public draw is accredited and can be consulted according to its transparency. 

Minutes to record the commercialization of products: the notary accompanies the person who requires the service to a specific establishment for the purchase of a product, always having to inform the notary of their presence. 

Minutes of SMS or WhatsApp: The notary certifies the content and conversations made via WhatsApp phone and SMS of a certain day and time. If the content is appreciated by the notary as a crime, it can be communicated ex officio to the Prosecutor. 

Acts of legitimation of signatures to produce effects in a foreign country: granting of a document in which the signature is legitimized, it is specified in which country the effects will be produced and a copy is incorporated. The client receives the copy of the original legitimized document which will be taken abroad with the completion of an apostille or legitimation, together with the certificate of the copy of the incorporated document.

Acts of Default: prove that a person is alive or that they have appeared before a Notary Public on a specific day and time, or verify that they did not attend the Notary Public. 

Minutes of Members' Meetings: Act that can be requested by any partner depending on the percentage that this person owns in the company. The minutes include a testimonial document where the existence, verification of information and what happened within the meeting is reflected.

Exhibition minutes: The notary makes a record of presence in the exhibition of both objects and documents, making an assessment of the circumstances, describing the state of both things, and leaving a record of the assessment made at a given time. Other people or professionals, such as experts, can appear and complete the description.

Acts of Faith of Life: accreditation that a person is alive together with the marital status which they have.
