Notary Bosch-Bages It is a notary's office located in the center of Barcelona, on the corner of Paseo de Gracia and Calle Diputación.
Notaries, as provided in the article 1 of Notarial Regulation effective June 2, 1944We are both public officials and legal professionals.

Exercising the notarial public faith, which has and protects a double content:
- In the sphere of facts, the accuracy of what the notary sees, hears or perceives by its meaning.
- In the sphere of law, the authenticity and probative force of the declarations of will of the parties in the public instrument drawn up in accordance with the laws.

And according to the Article 126 of the same legal body, everyone who requests the exercise of the notarial public function has right to choose the notary to provide it, without any limitations other than those provided for in the legal system.
